Growing up on the North Shore, I started training Muay Thai when I was 14 years old, and have now been practicing Muay for over 10 years.

I’ve been a certified Muay Thai instructor through Kru Mehdi Pouroskoui for 5 years.

Muay Thai has helped keep me in shape, given me confidence, and given me a healthy and positive outlet.

I like to make the classes I teach physically challenging with a focus on technique and body weight exercises. I believe being able to move your own body efficiently is an important skill to possess that is often overlooked.

When not doing Muay Thai I like to also stay active by lifting weights, biking, hunting and hiking.
